As you can see, there have been some changes around here. I hope everyone enjoys the new look, courtesy of The Soup du Jour’s Alex Tong.

Thanks also to CompSci student, homebrewer, and fellow beercrafter Pat Hughes for helping (and by ‘helping with’ I mean ‘doing all of’) the server setup. Now I have a menacing black box, humming away 24/7, next to my bed.

Anyway, back to the beer. We’ll be heading up to Toronto, Canada tomorrow to check out some hot spots. I’m especially eager to hit Volo, which I read about on Beer Beats & Bites, a fine Toronto beer blog.

Naturally, I’ll be bringing back some Steam Whistle Pilsner, and some King Pilsner if I can find it.
