In the interest of bringing Beercraft readers the finest quality beer-oriented photography, I headed over to the Tap & Mallet to practice large-aperture shooting with my new Canon Digital Rebel XTI.

    That’s it! It was Sonoma Farmhouse Saison! And it was very freakin’ good!

    My friend Marlene, the server, just brought it over and said “try the saison.”

    Dang, I gotta schedule a Beercraft meet at the T&M sometime.
